The 3.5-room apartment is located in the annex of a detached house. In the immediate vicinity is a disused construction site. The house is located near the village center, in a quiet location, without road traffic. It is therefore very suitable for families with children. The separate entrance of the apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via an external staircase. From the balcony and from the bright apartment, you have a wonderful view of the mountains of the upper Surselva and the unspoilt landscape of Sedrun. In the garden adjacent to the apartment, there is a barbecue by arrangement. In the basement, there is a cellar where skis and ski boots can be parked in winter and bikes in summer (rental of in-house e-bikes). Parking with parking card (additional CHF 6.00 per day or weekly flat rate CHF 40.00 / payable on site) is available on the main road.

Additional parking spaces are available below the community center (2 minutes walk / also subject to charges).
