The village of Ftan is located on a sunny terrace at 1650m above sea level. via Scuol in the Lower Engadine. Do you like animals? In Ftan they still live in stables in the village, the sheep, goats, cows, water buffalo and chickens. In summer, the beautiful nature is ideal for hiking and biking tours. Since 2019, Ftan has the wonderful bathing lake Lai Padnal, just above the village. In winter, a chairlift leads directly from Ftan to the large ski area with the dream slopes of Scuol. The chairlift is a 5-minute walk from the house. Ftan is a popular holiday home, picturesquely quiet, a bakery and a grocery store for daily needs are available. The house 117 Plaz is located directly behind the tourist information office. In the house with 3 apartments we rent the apartment on the ground floor for up to 6 people.
