If you like to picnic in peace and marvel at the impressive landscape all around, then we recommend the Hinterwald fireplace. With the Altein waterfalls nearby, it is in a beautiful location and is also a good starting point for easy and difficult hikes through the Grisons Alps.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
The Rhaetian Railway leaves Chur to Arosa and back at hourly intervals. Take the local bus from the train station Arosa towards "Untersee" and get off at the bus stop "Unersee". Keep walking downhill from there.
Anfahrt
It is recommended to leave the car in the village and to take the local bus or to go by foot.
Parken
At the entrance to the village there are large signs indicating the various parking options. We recommend the Obersee car park or the Ochsenbühl multi-storey car park. You can find more information under Arosa Parking.
A limited number of parking spaces are available in the Isel.
