Beschreibung

The varied hike leads from Waltensburg Sumvitg via Darleu, Schetga, past the Brigelser Lake and further over Planezzas along the Golf Course Tschuppina. For a refreshing break, the nearby Brigelser bathing lake (right next to Brigelser Lake) provides a pleasant stop.

The 10-minute detour to the Flanz viewpoint rewards you with spectacular views over the Surselva. On the return path, you reach the mystical place Casti Grotta (Kropfenstein) via Plaun Datschin. A narrow path (about 5 minutes walking) leads below the road to the castle, which was built like an eagle's nest directly against the cliff (pay attention to the signpost on the left side of the road towards Waltensburg).

Back on the connecting road between Waltensburg and Brigels, you finally return to the starting point Waltensburg Sumvitg.
