Foppa - Fidaz

Between Fidaz and Flims there is a playground with a view of Flims and many other highlights. The starting point of the hike is the valley station in Flims, from where we walk up towards Foppa. Once there, it goes to Spalegna and further along the high trail to Scheia. After a short time, we reach the Romansh nature trail, which accompanies us to Scheia. Interesting facts about the area and its language can be found on several signs. At Spalegna, Prau Palusa, and Crap da Sigls, the hike passes through dry meadows of national importance. Before reaching Fidaz, there is the opportunity to shop at various organic farmers in Scheia. You can get back to Flims by a half-hour walk or with the local bus Flims Laax Falera.

At the kiosk in Fidaz, towards the Milchseilbahn, fresh meat and dairy products directly from the farm are available.
