From Seewis to Fanas

The first section of the path leads along the road towards Crestacalva to the marked junction Kohlplatz - Fanas. You reach Kohlplatz on a varied hiking trail, where fire pits and benches invite you to rest. Over the Taschinasbach and two steep stairs, you climb up to the forest clearing Geissrügg, continue over the Munt-Tobel and soon reach the sunny terrace of Fanas.

Note: Due to snowmelt and previous heavy rains, the Munttobel is difficult to pass because of flooding. The hike is also unsuitable with small children and larger dogs as they need to be carried over the stairs.
