Beschreibung
The famous Martinsloch on the Tschingelhoren at 2600 m – visible from here. This almost 20 m large erosion hole is located below the "magic line". In the Martinsloch two weak zones intersect: A erosion-prone, dark band of flysch rocks and a chasm in the limestone. As a result, the rock in this area could be removed more quickly and the Martinsloch was formed.
