Get to know wild herbs and make pesto with Rosemarie Kuhn

We make our unique wild herb pesto from around 10 different plant species, such as ribwort, yarrow, good Henry, lady's mantle and silver mantle. We take our finished jar home and enjoy it as a spread, with jacket potatoes or pasta.

Cost: CHF 60.00 adults, accompanied children CHF 30.00 in cash
Participants: 2 to max. 8 persons (unfortunately dogs cannot be taken along)
Services: Herbology, pesto making, material and recipe.
Equipment: Weatherproof clothing and walking shoes
