A glacier ledge is located between the edge of the glacier and moraines, which show the highest level of the glacier. This very long hike takes you through partly barren landscapes near the only very small Glatscher da Gavirolas.

Beschreibung

From Andiast, the tour leads in the direction of Plaun da Tiarms, over the group Andiaster Maiensässe and via Plaun da Lenna to Alp Sura. Now you leave the green meadows and climb higher and higher into barren mountain worlds and the vicinity of steep rock faces.

The tour continues via Trutgs, Gavirolas to the scree soil of Plaun da Cavals. The way back leads along the Via Suvorov to the small mountain village of Pigniu. Now there is still time to sail to Andiast.

The highlight of the extended mountain hike are the glacier aprons of national importance.

Sicherheitshinweis

Due to the long tour, precise timing is strongly recommended.

In uncertain weather conditions, the tour should not be started. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar comes up during the hike, you should turn back in time.
