We are delighted to welcome Pascal Steffen, one of the most distinctive chefs in Switzerland's top restaurants, as our guest chef at Nira Alpina. His cuisine, awarded two Michelin stars, 18 GaultMillau points, and one Green Michelin star, places vegetables at the heart of his dishes, combining seasonal precision with a close connection to the produce, profound craftsmanship, and a commitment to sustainability that is both consistent and understated.
