GPS Rothorn Gipfel Runde

The starting and ending point of this round trip is the Rothorngipfel, which can be reached comfortably by Rothornbahn or on foot. The path leads from the Rothorn mountain station first to the Rothorn east summit from where you have a wonderful view of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

Then the path follows below the ridge towards Älplihorn, before you reach The Totälpli after the ridge crossing. Hard to believe, live in this unspoilt barren landscape at almost 3000 m above sea level.M snow hares and chamois.

After passing through the Totälpli, follow the path back to the Rothorn mountain station.
