Grüsch-Danusa cable cars

The centre of the Grüsch-Danusa family ski area at 1800m in Prättigau is the Berghaus Schwänzelegg. All activities start from there: children's area, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and winter and snowshoe hikes.

Skiing area
In the large children's area, there is a lot to discover in addition to magic carpets, ghost train, ski carousel and snow scooter fun. The ski area offers 31 km of fun on the slopes from blue to black, a permanent race slope, a boardercross and a fun park for ski and snowboard fans. The toboggan run with chairlift connection promises pure fun.

Winter hiking trails / Snowshoe tours / Cross-country ski trails / Ski touring slopes
Some describe the breathtaking panoramic hiking trail as one of the most beautiful winter hiking trails in the Alps. We believe them. The starting point is the Berghaus Schwänzelegg. In just 10 minutes on foot you can reach an exhilarating and quiet winter landscape and as a highlight the White Oasis. Choose between laps of different lengths from 2.0 km to 6.0 km. Also on the Danusa high plateau is an easy, signposted snowshoe circular tour as well as the panoramic cross-country ski trail (skating/classic). This is moderately difficult and hilly. The big loop covers a distance of 6.0 km, the small loop measures 2.0 km. The high plateau on Grüsch-Danusa can be reached by mountain railway. Every Thursday evening there is also an official training slope for ski tours.

Danusa Sport and Ski School
Also on site in the valley and on the mountain is the sports shop with rental equipment, snow sports clothing and service. Our Swiss Ski School teaches ski, snowboard and cross-country skiing for children and adults in group or private lessons. Snowshoe tours are available on request.
