Heart region: Samedan-Bever-Samedan

Symbolically, the circular route through the lower part of the heart region starts at the 0-kilometer stone by the Protestant village church in Samedan. It leads gently uphill through the historic village center and shortly after the school opens the view to the Upper Engadine mountain world. Soon the highest point at the Muntarütsch shooting range is reached, and then it goes downhill through larch forests towards Bever. From Bever, the hike follows the Beverin and Inn back to the village center of Samedan. Those who want to give their tired legs some relaxation can visit the Mineral Bath & Spa Samedan at the tour's end point.
