The Kulinarik Trail leads you from Flims center via Lake Cauma to Conn and through the Flims forest onward to Trin Mulin. Be enchanted by the snowy landscapes as well as the idyllic nature and experience the breathtaking view into the impressive Rhine Gorge. Discover secrets and stories about Grisons cuisine along the way and try your luck with the unique lucky wheel plate. A selected 3-course menu ensures that you enjoy traditional dishes from the region. Follow the pink wayfinder Kulinarik Trail Wald and Winter / La senda dils gusts, leave the Hotel Me and All, and walk down Via Prau da Monis to the balloon meadow.

  • Tickets are available online at the ticket shop and valid during the season from December 26, 2025 to April 5, 2026.

  • Closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Price: per adult CHF 75.– (including bus ticket; drinks not included)

The hike starts with a traditional breakfast in Flims. Refreshed, you then hike through the picturesque mountain forest and past Lake Cauma to Restaurant Conn, where a proper lunch awaits you. After a detour to the viewpoint "Il Spir," you continue to Trin Mulin, where a proper dessert completes the experience. Afterwards, you return to Flims by post bus.
