Sound installation «Fernsein»
In Ausserpraden there is an interactive sound station that commemorates the emigrants. Necessity forced them to leave around 1850. Many traveled to America, the Atlantic coast or the Mediterranean to find a livelihood. Those who stayed behind read their letters and imagined the journey and the sea. The sounds of the surf can be imitated yourself.
