Klangreise in Safien Platz

In sound journeys, various instruments, such as singing bowls and gongs, are played consciously and mindfully to set impulses of relaxation and calm. During a sound journey, all participants are allowed to simply listen and enjoy, let themselves be carried by the sounds in order to receive peace, clarity and new energy. No previous knowledge is required for sound journeys, only comfortable clothing and a warm blanket.
