Beschreibung

The starting point of this cross-country tour is the Luziuswiese in Lenzerheide. This generously groomed meadow is perfect for a short warm-up round before following the trail towards Heidsee. After two short ascents, the terrain flattens again once the Lido has been passed. The effort is rewarded: the trail section along or on the Heidsee is a real pleasure. And above all, an ideal opportunity to warm up for the race trail. The shores are partly under nature protection.

The turn-off to the La Pala race trail is located along the Heidsee: first under a road underpass, then a small ascent, and you are already at the start of the race trail. In the midst of the fantastic landscape, with plenty of morning sun, the physically and technically demanding route is mastered.

After reaching the highest point at 1,526 meters, a short but fast descent back to the Heidsee awaits.
