After starting at the rocksresort in Laax, the route goes through the Flimserwald via "La Mutta" past the viewpoint "Il Spir" and down at Ransun into the Rhine Gorge. Along the Rhine, it continues upstream through the impressive gorge to the Valendas-Sagogn station, from there steeply uphill again towards Laax.

Beschreibung
An endurance route that offers a lot of variety both in terms of landscape and trails. Singletrails, forest roads, riverside paths, and very little asphalt. This route has a long season due to its lower elevations and south exposures. The possibility to stop at the station restaurants Versam-Safien and Valendas-Sagogn can make the route even more pleasant. If it does not go as expected, you can simply switch to public transport.
Geheimtipp
The trail along the Rhine Gorge in the Flimserwald offers some sensational views into the gorge. A rest stop at the restaurants at the Versam-Safien and/or Valendas-Sagogn train stations can make the route even more enjoyable.
Sicherheitshinweis
Some sure-footedness on the singletrail in the area of "La Mutta" (short slightly exposed sections) and down from "Ransun" into the gorge is advantageous.
Only a few drinking water stations on the route! Refilling water or stopping for a break is especially recommended on hot days, at the latest at the Valendas-Sagogn station.
A fountain in Ransun (fireplace before going down into the gorge via singletrail). Water refill possible at both train stations (WC).

Trail running shoes, running backpack, drinks (few water stations), depending on the weather wind/rain jacket, sun protection, money as well as half-fare/GA card (in case public transport should be needed)

From rocksresort Laax Murschetg through the Flimserwald to La Mutta and to the viewpoint "Il Spir" - from there down to Ransun and over the Trin Mulin railway bridge - on the way to Valendas and Versam stations - now back up to Laax Salum and back to rocksresort Laax Murschetg.
