Discover the municipality of Sumvitg on a circular route and its beautiful four villages. The route "Las Squadras" connects the four villages of the municipality of Sumvitg, namely Rabius, Sumvitg, Cumpadials, and Surrein.

Beschreibung
The name "Las Squadras" has always been used by the locals. The pleasant circular route can be started and ended from any of the four villages. It runs over natural roads and little-trafficked side roads and is also suitable for strollers. Near Sumvitg, you can alternatively take the comfortable road below the village, which leads towards Cumpadials and conversely towards Rabius.
In Rabius, Sumvitg, Sumvitg/Cumpadials station and Surrein, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy drinks and good food (please observe opening times). In Plaun Petschen (near Cumpadials) there is a playground with a fire pit and a natural lake. Also in Igniu (near Rabius in the valley floor), Parc Igniu awaits visitors with a bike park and a climbing wall as well as a playground with a fire pit.

Sicherheitshinweis
The route should not be started in uncertain weather conditions. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar comes up during the hike, you should turn back in time.

From the Grisons canton capital Chur, take the Rhaetian Railway through the spectacular Rhine Gorge to Ilanz and further to Rabius.
Anreise Information
Take the A13 to Reichenau, then the main road 19 via Flims to Ilanz and onwards to Rabius.
