Beschreibung
The winter hiking route starts at Litzirüti station. At the beginning, the trail leads along the Prätschwaldstraße through the village, then continues through the Prätschwald to a forest clearing past a farm. Soon the impressive steel-concrete structure of the Langwies Viaduct becomes visible. The winter hiking route takes you directly under the railway bridge where the Fondeierbach and the Plessur flow together. From there you can admire the structure again from a different perspective. After a short climb you will soon reach the destination of the hike, the station in Langwies.

Fill your backpack with a small picnic and enjoy the view on one of the wooden benches along the hiking route.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
From Chur, the Rhaetian Railway runs hourly to Arosa and back. At the destination Litzirüti, you are directly at the station and right at the start of the route.
Anreise Information
From Chur via the winding Arosa road to Litzirüti, shortly after entering the village turn left to the station. It is recommended to travel to the stage route by train, so you can start your return journey directly from Langwies.
