Beschreibung
The hike uphill toward Munt Baselgia takes just under an hour before you can enjoy the descent. The path mostly leads through the deeply snow-covered forest before you can enjoy the beautiful view of the village and the imposing San Mauritius church shortly before Zernez.
Geheimtipp
At the end of the toboggan run is the Chamonna Costetta with seating and a great view of Zernez.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
- Hourly by the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, Scuol or Upper Engadin) to Zernez
- By post bus to the Parc Naziunal stop in Zernez (several times daily) or Engadin Bus to the Zernez scoula stop (lines 7 and 17)
Anreise Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) into the Lower Engadin on H27
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria toward St. Moritz on H27
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
- Zernez is located directly on the Engadin road H27 (15 minutes from the Vereina south portal)
