Beschreibung

Start in Brigels in the village or at the large parking lot by the lake. The start is easy and almost always leads you slightly downhill to Jörgenburg. If you plan it perfectly, you will be there at lunchtime, as there is a fire pit here for the culinary highlight. The cultural highlight is also located here. The largest castle complex in the Surselva is a wonderful place to enjoy and learn about the Surselva's past. The easy trails down to Rueun are the dessert, so to speak. The tour continues along the cycle path to Trun. Now it's time to get pedaling. A whopping 735 meters of altitude difference on the village and alpine road almost up to Alp da Schlans. After a short and easy trail, you reach the second barbecue spot on the tour on Plaids. If you plan the tour differently, you can now fire up the barbecue just before Brigels. Bien appetit!

Geheimtipp

Be sure to plan time for the Jörgenburg (castle ruins).

There are e-bike charging stations in Waltensburg at the Hotel Ucliva and in Danis at the Volg village store. These are just a few meters off the route.

Sicherheitshinweis

The tour should not be undertaken in uncertain weather conditions. Weather changes are frequent in the mountains. If a rain front or similar is approaching during the hike, you should turn back in good time.
