In the heart of the National Park the trail across Muottas Champlönch climbs down to the deep Spölschlucht gorge and back up to Fuorcla Murter. The views range far across untouched nature with valleys full of rocks and boulders, steep mountain slopes and rocky peaks. Forests of stone pine, extensive Alpine meadows and marmots make this route particularly attractive.

Beschreibung

At the beginning of the stage, the route shares the path with the Champlöntsch children's trail. The panoramic trail then leads over Grimmel, a vantage point to linger with views towards the Ofen Pass and over the National Park. Via Vallun Chafuol and Fuorcla Murter you reach the Chamanna Cluozza.

Geheimtipp

The Chamanna Cluozza is the only hut in the National Park that is open to the public.

Anreise Information

  • From the north: via Landquart - Klosters by car transport through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass to Zernez and continue in the direction of the Ofen Pass to the top of the pass.
  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of St. Moritz on H27 to Zernez
  • From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofenpass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
