The 4 ½-room flat renovated in 2021 is located in Lantsch/Lenz, Pardi 3 in a very beautiful quiet location with a unique panoramic view. From the location of the house you can reach the training ski lift, the ice field and the Roland Arena of Lantsch/Lenz in a few minutes. Skiers and snowboarders can reach Lenzerheide with its numerous skiing possibilities and the summer sports facilities around the Heidsee in about 10 minutes by car.

- Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen

- an additional bedroom (1-2 persons) on the same floor with direct connection to the flat can be booked additionally with the landlord

- two parking spaces available free of charge (1 garage parking space / 1 outside parking space)

- snow clearance is taken over by the landlord

- in consultation with the landlord, the use of a washing machine/tumbler is possible in the laundry room of the house
