Parkhotel Margna - Stüva 1817

The wonderfully pine-scented Stüva 1817, once confectioner Johann Josty's living room, stands for typical Bündner and Veltliner specialities. Chef Rüdiger König cooks regional dishes based on recipes that have been passed down through generations. The well-known specialities are sometimes interpreted in a modern way, minimally changed and supplemented with dishes from contemporary cuisine. Stüva 1817 is part of the "Slow Food" movement, which stands for quality and regionality.
