Beschreibung

The tour starts in Sogn Giusep, a small hamlet in the far Val Lumnezia. As far as Puzzatsch, you can take a leisurely approach and admire the steep side slopes to the north. The route now leads along the alpine road, which is mostly invisible, above the Ramosabach stream to Alp Ramosa. This steep traverse can also be mastered close to the stream if there is enough snow. Most people take their first break on the Tegia Sut.

The ascent continues, sometimes flatter, sometimes steeper. Via La Capial, finally very steep to the ski depot under the Péz Cavel. Now you climb on foot over the NE ridge to the summit. The view up here is simply fantastic. It feels like you can see the whole of Graubünden and the Ticino Alps.

The descent follows the ascent route. The upper section often takes you down beautiful alpine slopes.

Geheimtipp

In very safe conditions, you can ski down from the summit to the east into a hollow south of La Capiala. Caution: There are steep slopes between 30 and 40 degrees at an altitude of around 200 meters.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

From Ilanz by post bus to Vrin, vitg. Individual courses go to Sogn Giusep (attention, reservation required)

During the winter season, the PostBus can be used free of charge by everyone on the Ilanz – Vrin line and on the other lines of the entire Lumnezia municipal area.

Due to the length of the tour, we recommend arriving by car to Sogn Giusep.

From Ilanz in the direction of Vella and via Vrin to Sogn Giusep.

The small chapel faces south-east and has the same layout as the Holy Trinity Chapel in Cons. It is located on an old place of worship, the powers are high and neutral and of the highest vibrational level.
