Plaun da Plaids fireplace, Brigels
On the initiative of the “Swiss Family”, over 500 fireplaces have been built in recent decades. The Plaun da Plaids fireplace is one of these.
Beschreibung
The Plaun da Plaids fireplace is located 1540 m above sea level 5.5 km west of Brigels, on a meadow plateau at the edge of the forest, near the Grep da Plaids viewpoint. A possible hiking route that leads past the fireplace is from Brigels in the direction of Alp da Schlans.
The fireplace can be used from around mid-May to the end of October. Please observe any instructions regarding the risk of forest fires, for example.
