Pontresina - Val Roseg - Pontresina

At the first bridge, you cross the river and always walk on the same side of the river into the valley. The path leads over crystal-clear, moss-enriched streams, avalanche tracks where chamois can be spotted, past blueberry bushes, and through a primeval forest. At the furthest bridge, the valley opens up and the view extends over the snow-covered Sella group and the Sella and Roseg glaciers. You can take a short break at the Hotel Restaurant Roseg Glacier, where you shouldn't miss the unique dessert buffet. Refreshed, you then walk back to Pontresina.

Tip Adventure Trail Val Roseg: 10 stamping stations are spread along the beautiful hiking trail into Val Roseg and provide children with educational entertainment. Fix the clever fox shows children the beauties of his valley and everything that can be sniffed, heard, and seen there. With Fix, they learn more about the forest, animals, hunting, and much more. He has laid them a trail. If the children follow it, a surprise awaits them at the end. On the wooden posts, information panels about forestry, hunting, lichens, and birds are also displayed. Furthermore, in the near future, so-called "interaction stations" will be created at 5 information points.
