Pontresina/Engadin

The Diavolezza impresses with its high alpine firn slopes and one of the longest glacier descents in Switzerland, while Lagalb is known for its steep, challenging pistes. Ambitious skiers will get their money's worth here, as will pleasure-seekers.

Away from the large ski areas, Pontresina offers a wide range of activities: perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and adventures such as snowshoe tours or ice climbing. For families, we recommend the Languard ski lift in the centre of the village.
