Poschiavo

The social and cultural center of the valley is located in the Borgo di Poschiavo, the destination of the long-distance hike. The village centre impresses with its palaces, churches and the lively village square, which is the centre of an Italian old town. The majority of the restaurants offer dishes whose ingredients all come from the valley. These are produced sustainably in harmony with nature; more than 90 percent of the agricultural land in the valley is managed by certified organic farms.
