In the adjoining building Via Caglims 5 (approx. 80 meters to the right when you leave the house), a private swimming pool (17 m x 7 m, 1.80 m deep) and 2 sauna rooms are available free of charge for you as our guests. In front of this adjoining building is also the stop for the free ski bus. The journey to and from the Flims valley station takes about 4 minutes and is very convenient, as the bus stops right in front of the entrance to the lift station. Direct access to charming cross-country trails of various lengths and levels of difficulty is possible after a 10-minute walk. In summer, the mountains can also be accessed for hiking and biking via a new (2024) gondola connection from Flims Dorf. Golfing: Domat-Ems and Sagogn (approx. 15 - 20 minutes each) and Bad Ragaz (approx. 35 minutes) by car.
