Beschreibung
The restaurant offers an excellent selection of cured meats, veal and pork, eggs, fresh salads and vegetables. For the preparation of the Pizzoccheri only buckwheat flour from our own production is used. The pizza from the Holzhofen as well as the fresh pasta are also prepared with Puschlaver organic flour. Recently, the restaurant also has its own raspberries and blackberries, which are grown in Le Prese.
