Our gastronomy concept is versatile, from business lunches in the bistro, to an upscale à la carte offer in the restaurant, to apéritifs or nightcaps, for guests or groups and clubs in Club 1247. Culinary and hospitality are in the foreground - our guests should feel welcome, enjoy themselves and be inspired by our culinary delights. In the kitchen concept we attach great importance to regionalism as well as tradition - reinterpreting old familiar things in a new way, these should inspire the guests.
