The old Bündner Restaurant - «veglia stiva grischuna» - is one of the oldest hotels in Disentis. In former times it was named «The Lion Hotel», after the French burned down Disentis in 1799, the hotel was rebuilt in the Rococo style by Fidel Condrau. A truly historic building.
