The starting point of this hike is the Sertig Sand bus stop. From there, the path gently ascends on the left side of the valley to Äbirügg, which at 2,108 meters above sea level marks the highest point of the hike. Then, the last one and a half kilometers lead slightly downhill to the mountain restaurant Jatzmeder, which invites you to linger on its beautiful sun terrace.
