Our passion for mountain sports and nature has driven us to produce outdoor clothing sustainably – for over ten years. Inspired by nature, we are making the textile industry more ecological step by step.

Since our founding in 2013, we have consistently avoided hazardous chemicals such as PFAS and PFCs. Anything that harms the environment doesn't go into our products. So you can be sure: Every ROTAUF jacket, trousers or fibre meets the highest environmental standards – from the first raw material to the finished garment.

Our clothes are made where we are at home: in Switzerland and in Europe. Short transport routes protect the environment, ensure fair working conditions and strengthen regional craft businesses. So we know exactly who is working on our products – and you can be sure that quality, environmental awareness and responsibility are in every part.

UNCOMPROMISING ANIMAL WELFARE

Whether Bündner wool from Disentis or merino wool from Argentina, we rely exclusively on the strictest standards when it comes to animal welfare. We deliberately go beyond the industry standard and only source our wool from controlled sources. The people who work for our clothing are also treated fairly and paid fairly.
