Beschreibung
From Samnaun-Compatsch, a well-developed forest road leads to the forest hut Tschoccas. Then through the beautiful larch and Swiss pine forest towards Piz Urezza. Now the ascent begins over blooming alpine meadows to Munt da Chierns. From Munt da Chierns you have a great view of the surrounding mountain world as well as the Zander Valley. After descending via Spatlasattel path, one can take a rest with the shepherd family at Alp Bella, from there it continues towards Alp Trida and Alp Trider Sattel. Alternatively, from Alp Trida, one can take the chairlift to Alp Trida Sattel and then the gondola to Samnaun-Ravaisch.

The route was rated in favorable weather conditions; current weather conditions and forecasts must be strictly observed before starting the route. This hike requires basic alpine experience, orientation skills; hiking boots are recommended.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
- By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from Upper Engadin) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station
- Further by PostBus (from Scuol-Tarasp or Martina, Cunfin) hourly to the PostBus stop Samnaun-Compatsch, adventure pool
- In Samnaun, hourly daytime service with the Samnaun bus to the PostBus stop Samnaun-Compatsch, adventure pool
Anreise Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains). Then on H27 heading over Scuol and Martina to Vinadi. At the Vinadi junction to Samnaun (about 1 hour from Vereina south portal)
- From the east: via the Inn Valley Road B180 via Landeck to Pfunds, junction Kajetansbrücke and via Spiss to Samnaun.
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders) on B180 to Pfunds, junction Kajetansbrücke and via Spiss to Samnaun.
