Oberalpsee
The route starts at the historic Oberalp Pass. From here, you’ll dip into the cultural landscape of the Surselva region. This stage is a particular delight for plant lovers. But those more interested in geology will also be drawn to the crystal-rich mountain peaks.

Beschreibung

Those who want to avoid the first climb over the Lutersee to the Oberalp Pass can easily reach the pass height with the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn. The hiking trail then mostly leads downhill, with only occasional small ascents. From Alp Milez, where we can get refreshments at the Las Palas alpine hut, the view opens up to the Val Tujetsch with the villages Rueras and Sedrun. We stay above the villages with a wonderful valley view until Sedrun.
