At the Serenata by Hönggerhof, winter becomes a time of indulgence: culinary advisor Andrea Mocci from the Hönggerhof and head chef Claudio Carboni lead a team that brings the whole spectrum of Italian flair to the table with Zurich roots and an Italian soul – authentic, seasonal, and heartfelt.
In the wintersaison 2025/2026 the restaurant Serenata by Hönggerhof is open from December 11th 2025 until April 5th 2026.

During the winter season, we will take you into a new world of pleasure for the first time in the evenings. Look forward to modern French cuisine combined with Swiss products, for which Tristan Brandt is world-famous. Fabian Saalfeld and his team combine classic craftsmanship with intense flavors and regionality. High-quality cuisine is interpreted in a fresh, creative way and with regional ingredients.
