Beschreibung

On this beautiful ski tour you can comfortably cover the first altitude meters with the mountain lifts. Hence, you are often not alone on the way to the summit. Alternatively, the tour can also be done from the valley. Starting from the Tambo Alp, it goes relatively flat via Rietboda to Alt Säss and then to "Im Chrüz." Follow Hintertälli to approximately point 2250 and then to point 2308. Then you bypass the steep slope and head for Schafsitabach. You can follow this and then proceed toward Gemsschlucht. From there, bypass the northern rock head via the southeast ridge. You can then follow this ridge to the crest to eventually reach the summit. The descent follows the ascent route either back to the Splügen Tambo ski area or to the valley. There are special ski touring tickets for ski tourers available for purchase at the mountain lifts.

Anreise Information

Coming from the north and south on the A13, take the "Splügen" exit. The mountain lift station is in close proximity. Plan your journey using the Google route planner.
