Beschreibung

It starts at the somtgant mountain station on the beautiful and panoramic Alpleben trail to Radons. On the way you reach the summit of Crap Farreras with a small detour, where the easiest to reach guestbook is located. Here you can stop and enjoy the view or eat at the barbecue area. Then it goes back on the hiking trail and on to Radons. If you keep your eyes open or even bring a binoculars, you may even be lucky enough to observe marmots and chamois. Finally, an ice cream or a fine menu at the mountain houses in Radons and Tigia completes the beautiful excursion.

Geheimtipp

The summit of Crap Farreras is clearly visible from the side of the road. A guestbook is attached to the flagpole, in which the big and small summiteers can register.

Ausrüstung

Good hiking boots and practical outdoor clothing are recommended.

Wegbeschreibung

Somtgant can be reached by gondola from Savognin to Somtgant. From there, the path to Radons is well signposted.

Anfahrt

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

With the Rhaetian Railway from Chur to Tiefencastel. Then take the PostBus to Savognin. Or with the PostBus via Chur to Savognin. With the chairlift replacement bus and the gondola lift you can reach the mountain station Somtgant.

Radons can be reached on Thursdays from the end of June to mid-October with the bike and hiking bus. The bus must be reserved at the tourist office in Savognin until the evening before. Phone +41 81 659 16 16.
