Beschreibung

From Maschgenkamm we hike via Maschgenlücke to Alp Fursch and then further to the Spitzmeilenhütte SAC.

Visit the Alpbeizli in Fursch.

Ausrüstung

Day hiking backpack (approx. 20 liters) with rain cover, sturdy and comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate and durable clothing in a layering system, if applicable telescopic poles, sun and rain protection, provisions and drinking water, first aid kit, pocket knife, mobile phone, if applicable headlamp, map material.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Arrival by train to Unterterzen and up with the Unterterzen - Tannenboden aerial cableway


Daily from Zurich with the S25 to Ziegelbrücke with transfer to the S4 to Unterterzen from St. Gallen with the S4 direct to Unterterzen from Zurich and Chur with the RE to Walenstadt with transfer to bus 444 to Unterterzen


From Unterterzen, the 8-person gondola takes you directly to Flumserberg at the valley station Tannenboden.


Arrival by train to Flums and Postbus to Flumserberg Tannenboden


Daily to Flums or Sargans, then continue with bus 441 towards Flumserberg to the stop Tannenboden.

Anreise Information

Motorway exit Flums/Flumserberg, follow the main road towards Flumserberg Tannenboden.

Parken

Public parking available at Tannenboden.


Parking is chargeable from 07:00 to 17:00. From 17:00 to 02:00 you may leave your car free of charge.


From 02:00 to 07:00 there is a night parking ban. There are enough night parking spaces in the Tannenboden parking garage or in the Tannenheim.


The night parking can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
