Beschreibung

Cross-country skiers who are not looking for the hustle and bustle will find just the right thing in the Tamina Valley. Almost untouched nature, silence, glistening snow and well-groomed trails; what more could a cross-country skiing enthusiast want?

The small areas are usually the salt in the soup. Like the St. Margrethenberg area above Pfäfers, for example. Three circuits with the names Davos Vorderberg, Möschriet Dörfli and Fürggli Hinterberg add up to one big one.

From the starting point in St. Margrethenberg, there are around 10 km of attractively laid out cross-country ski trails. The high plateau of St. Margrethenberg offers a magnificent panorama, peace and quiet and cozy pubs.

A refreshment in the Buura Beizli or in the cozy Älpli restaurant.

Day passes are available on site: please put CHF 6 in the letterbox at the entrance to the cross-country ski trail.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Take the train to Bad Ragaz, continue by bus to the bus stop St. Margrethenberg, Tristeli.

Anreise Information

Take the Bad Ragaz highway exit, then the main road to Pfäfers. In Pfäfers, the route is signposted as far as St. Margrethenberg.
