Program
Topics include glacial and post-glacial processes, the development of vegetation since the end of the last ice age and the increasing influence of humans, the archaeological value of peatland deposits and the importance of peatlands for biodiversity, climate protection, conservation and future care of these sensitive and rare ecosystems.
