First take the gondola from Savognin to Tigignas. Then the path leads over Rodas and Talvangas down to Parsonz. Over the Kisten Pass it continues to Salouf.

During the route, stop at Restaurant Bellavista in Parsonz or at the Gasthaus Alpina in Salouf.
