Tour destinations: Piz Morteratsch, Piz Bernina, Piz Scerscen, Piz Roseg, Coaz Hut, Fuorcla Surlej
Character: Beautiful and difficult alpine tours with impressive names, but also easier alpine tours in a breathtaking world of rock and glaciers. A premier destination for alpine enthusiasts.
Highlights: Enjoy a unique view of the Biancograt from the hut's terrace. As the name of the Tschierva Hut suggests, there are many deer and chamois to observe.
Access: Reachable from Pontresina via the Val Roseg in approx. 3h. For the first stretch of the route, mountain bikes or a horse-drawn carriage can be used (reservations: T 078 944 75 55).
In case of bad weather, please inquire in advance whether the hut is staffed.
