The Türalihus is one of the most important buildings in Valendas, its oldest parts date back to 1485.
Beschreibung
The Türalihuus, a baroque town house with a distinctive stair tower, was gently renovated by the Ilanz architects Capaul and Blumenthal and with great respect for the old building. The aim was to preserve the original building fabric and the unique character of the house. The house has a complex structure inside. The interior, for example a Renaissance panelling, is still present.
The modern fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms and the contemporary furnishings prove how well old and new can be combined. Two holiday apartments for 4 and 7 people are rented out over holidays in the listed building. www.magnificasa.ch
