Ustria with a museum-like character
Beschreibung
In Val Sumvitg we find the Gasthaus Alpenrose, which was built in 1776 and has been repeatedly renovated since 1900. However, the original ambience has been preserved and has a museum-like character.
Do you fancy some genuine Grisons cuisine? Capuns, Maluns or barley soup are carefully prepared from local produce. And for dessert there is homemade Bündner nut cake and other delicacies.
Seasonal ravioli, wild pepper and salads are also on offer.
Access is also guaranteed in winter

By train from Lucerne over the Oberalp Pass or from Zurich via Chur to Sumvitg.
The journey from Sumvitg to Val is only possible by private car in winter. In summer the Bus Alpin runs: www.busalpin.ch

By car from Lucerne over the Oberalp Pass or from Zurich via Chur to Sumvitg and on into Val Sumvitg to Val.
The Oberalp Pass is closed in winter
