Beschreibung

The start is at the PostAuto stop «Scuol, Serras». The route begins on an asphalt road that winds through the meadow landscape on the left side of the river. In Pradella, where the path changes to the other side of the riverbank, the scenery changes. The right riverbank is forested. A natural road now leads directly alongside the Inn to Sur En. It offers an exciting backdrop that alternates between dense forest and small clearings. In summer, the trees provide cooling from the strong Engadin sun. Via a L’En means Innweg in German. The river is the central element of the hike. Especially pleasant: the path steadily goes downhill and only short ascents need to be overcome.

Wegbeschreibung

From Scuol along the paved road to the power plant in Pradella. Here the path crosses a bridge and enters the forest. From Pradella to Sur En the path runs on a forest road. From Sur En to the PostAuto stop at the campsite, the path is paved again.

  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on H27




  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27




  • From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27



Parken

Near the Scuol, Serras bus stop there is a large public parking lot (gravel). However, no wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are marked. To reach the hiking trail, a short incline of 12% must be overcome.
