Beschreibung

The third stage of the viaSpluga Bike initially runs along the main road in the direction of the Splügen Pass. At the fifth hairpin bend (bus stop at the Tamboalp junction), turn right and follow the signs to Tambo Alp. From the Tamboalp alpine hut, the path continues to the Tanatzhöhe. Then it goes from the Tanatzhöhe in the direction of Lattastafel before the descent via Bodmastaffel back to the pass road. Following the route, you cross the Splügen Pass and thus the border between Switzerland and Italy and finally reach Montespluga.
